Do you work with my jurisdiction?
We publish the AHJs and utilities we actively work, and flag which support SolarAPP+ direct submission. If yours is not listed, ask. Learning a new jurisdiction is routine work and does not carry a surcharge.
Who pays the permit and utility fees?
You do, directly to the jurisdiction or utility. Hargen never marks up municipal or utility fees. Our price covers preparing, filing, and tracking the work.
What happens if plan check comes back with corrections?
Correction cycles are included: one on Permit Plan Sets, up to two on the end-to-end packages. We read the letter, correct the set, and resubmit. It is not a change order.
Can you handle work outside the published packages?
Yes. Warranty and RMA coordination, proposal support, backlog cleanup, and customer communication go through a custom request: you describe the work, we present a quote, and nothing starts until you accept it.
