Scope

Municipal permit fees and utility filing fees are always paid by you, directly. We never mark them up.
What is included
- Review site notes, photos, and equipment against the scope
- Draft plan set and run load calculations
- QC the returned set against AHJ requirements
- Deliver the permit-ready plan set
- Assemble and submit the permit application to the AHJ
- Track plan check and answer jurisdiction comments
- Record the approved permit number and issue date
- Submit the service-change application to the utility
- Agree the meter location with the utility service planner
- Track final inspection clearance through to the utility
What is not
- Government, utility, and PE stamp fees — billed at cost, never marked up
- On-site work: physical installation, site survey, or attending inspections
