Service
Permit Filing
Your plan set filed with the building department and chased to approval.
You have a designer. What you do not have is somebody to sit in the plan-check queue and answer the city's comments.
Best for: Contractors with in-house design who lose weeks to the permit counter.
Scope
Exactly where the work starts and stops
Municipal permit fees and utility filing fees are always paid by you, directly. We never mark them up.
What is included
- Assemble and submit the permit application to the AHJ
- Track plan check and answer jurisdiction comments
- Record the approved permit number and issue date
What is not
- Drawing the plan set — you supply it
- The utility interconnection application and PTO
- Government, utility, and PE stamp fees — billed at cost, never marked up
- On-site work: physical installation, site survey, or attending inspections
